Legislative workshops
How do we work on consensus?
At Solidarity Enterprise Advisors, we don't believe in theoretical training. Legislative workshops are a process where we sit down with management and employees at one table. Over the last 8 years, we have conducted 147 such sessions, which really change the way of working in companies from Pomerania. It makes sense in practice because we don't impose ready-made patterns, but develop provisions that fit your specifics.
Facts instead of assumptions
During the meetings, we divide the team into working groups. Each group prepares a list of the 3 biggest contentious issues in current communication. Then, during a moderated discussion, we turn these problems into a concrete code of rules. We usually create a document containing from 12 to 18 points that are understandable to everyone – from the warehouseman to the finance director.
Verification of agreements
After developing the rules, we don't leave you alone. Let's get to the point: every code needs to be tested in combat. 30 days after the workshops, we return to the company for a short review session. We analyze which provisions worked in 78.4% of cases and which require correction. We build consensus, not utopias.
Who are these sessions for?
We work mainly with manufacturing and service companies that employ between 30 and 150 people. In such structures, information bottlenecks usually occur the most. If you feel that management decisions are poorly received at lower levels, these workshops are for you. Honestly, this isn't always an easy process, but it brings lasting effects.
- Process preparation: 4 working days.
- Session duration: 6-8 hours with a lunch break.
