These terms and conditions define the rules for using consulting services provided by Solidarity Enterprise Advisors, based in Gdynia at ul. Świętojańska 56. Our goal is to provide clear and transparent rules for cooperation that facilitate building lasting consensus within our clients' organizations. Every person or company using our website and our consulting services accepts the provisions contained in this document.

We wish to emphasize that our approach is based on facts and practical resolution of workplace disputes. We don't create utopian concepts; instead, together with management and employees, we develop real rules that work in the daily operation of the enterprise. We talk specifically about facts, ensuring that each side feels heard and respected in the process of creating a new social contract in the company.

As part of Solidarity Enterprise Advisors' activities, we offer internal audits, legislative workshops, and implementation support. Our services are carried out based on established schedules, which we adapt to the specifics of the given enterprise. We operate based on the small-steps method – after each stage, we verify the achieved results to ensure that the adopted solutions effectively reduce disputes and improve internal communication in the team.

We commit to maintaining full confidentiality of information provided to us by the client during the project. We also require clients to reliably provide the data necessary to conduct an efficient analysis. This makes sense in practice, because only on the basis of true data can we propose solutions that will actually benefit the organization. We do not guarantee automatic successes, but we ensure the full commitment of our team to organizing relationships within your company.

At Solidarity Enterprise Advisors, we bear responsibility for the reliability of the conducted analyses and the quality of the prepared social contract documentation. Our consulting is based on experience gained since 2017. However, we do not take responsibility for the financial results of the client's enterprise or for actions taken by employees that are inconsistent with the jointly developed arrangements. The client makes the final decisions regarding the implementation of the recommended rules in their organization.
