How soon do we start the project?
After the first conversation, we send the audit scope within 3 business days. We usually start the implementation within 2 weeks of signing the arrangements.
Do you work outside of Gdynia?
Yes, we serve companies throughout the country. We travel for legislative workshops, although we can conduct part of the audit remotely.
What if the change doesn't bring results?
Our work is based on the small-steps method. After each stage, we do a summary – if something isn't working in practice, we correct the course before moving on.
Do you prepare written rules?
Yes. At the end of the project, you receive a written manual for the new social contract, which is easy to implement into the team's daily duties.
