Piotr Nowak has been heading Solidarity Enterprise Advisors since 2016. In his work, he focuses on the concrete — we don't look for utopian solutions, but those that work in the daily reality of Polish enterprises. Over the last 8 years, he has conducted over 140 relationship audits in companies employing between 30 and 180 people.

Let's get to the point: his approach is based on the simple assumption that every party in a dispute needs clear rules of the game. Piotr is not a theorist. Before founding the company, he managed operational teams in the logistics sector for 12 years. It was there that he learned that an ignored conflict in a warehouse can stop order fulfillment for 4 days.

Work method

At Solidarity Enterprise Advisors, we build consensus, not utopias. Piotr most often starts with individual interviews with middle managers and ends with moderating board meetings with staff representatives. In 2023, he helped stabilize cooperation in 17 manufacturing companies where employee turnover exceeded 22%.

By the way: Piotr believes that the most difficult problems are solved over coffee, not in long emails. If the situation requires intervention, we respond within 3-6 hours. Honestly speaking, we aren't always able to reconcile both sides in a week, but after 3 working sessions, 78.8% of our clients see real changes in communication.
