Social Contract Advisor

Experience that translates into real results
At Solidarity Enterprise Advisors, I don't believe in corporate formulas. For 9 years, I have been moderating tensions between management and employees. My goal is to organize communication so that each side knows where they stand. This makes sense in practice because only clear rules allow a company to operate without constant downtime.
My approach stems from practical fieldwork. Over the last 5 years, I have conducted 67 mediation processes that ended in signing concrete agreements, not just writing up a report of disagreements. I don't promise miracles; we talk specifically about facts and numbers that we can work out within 3 to 6 months of working together.
I specialize in creating internal social contracts that limit the risk of strikes and high employee turnover. If a situation requires intervention, I first perform an independent sentiment audit and only then suggest a list of changes. It's not always easy, but it's always fair to both sides.
After hours, I engage in local initiatives in Gdynia, which allows me to maintain distance from professional matters. I am a person who speaks directly: if a particular dispute is irreconcilable, I simply inform about it instead of wasting both parties' time. We build consensus, not utopias.
How can we work together?
If you feel that communication in your plant or office has hit a dead end, I invite you to an initial conversation. Let's get to the point during a short consultation where we will analyze your team's current challenges. I don't use aggressive sales – either we feel that our method will work in your case, or we don't. Simple rules are the foundation of a healthy company.
