Implementation support

Why does the implementation of changes often hit a dead end?

At Solidarity Enterprise Advisors, we know that the change project itself is just the beginning. Our practice shows that 47% of challenges appear not at the planning stage, but during the team's daily work. It makes sense in practice – people get used to old habits, so they need concrete support at the start.

Our model of operation: 4 weeks of intensive presence

We don't leave management with a finished document in a folder. For 4 weeks, we actively participate in the process of implementing new arrangements. Our team, composed of 3 specialists, verifies daily whether the social contract assumptions are understandable to operational employees. We talk specifically about facts, eliminating misunderstandings before they turn into conflict.

Correction of assumptions – flexibility instead of a rigid plan

After the first phase (usually after 10 working days), we meet with team leaders. If we see that the provisions require correction, we do it immediately. We build consensus, not utopias. We don't stick rigidly to the original version if data from the field shows that the solution doesn't fulfill its role in practice.

Regular communication with management

Every week you provide management with a concrete summary. It isn't a long dissertation, but a 2-page report with key numbers regarding sentiment and progress in adaptation. Thanks to this, you know when to accelerate and when it's worth letting off pressure. Let's get to the point – your goal is stability, and our tool is systematic work with the team.
